HOW WILL I RECEIVE THE FEEL GOOD WEIGHT FORMULA?
After purchasing your program, I'll contact you to set up our Coaching Call. I'll then send you preparation materials to complete before the call. After our call, you'll receive the complete program via PDF, including recipes and other resources.
WHAT SHOULD I EXPECT WITH THE COACHING CALL?
The Coaching Call will help us identify your areas of biggest need for weight loss so you get custom solutions to your biggest challenges. We'll also review your goals and your "Why" for weight loss. We'll then go through the Formula together, that way you can ask clarifying questions. By the end of the call, you'll have confidence knowing you have a solid plan that will help you achieve your weight loss goals.
I NEED ACCOUNTABILITY. HOW OFTEN SHOULD I EXPECT TO HEAR FROM YOU?
For your first week or two, plan to hear from me via text quite frequently—every day or every other day. I'll ask you to text me photos of your meals, how your mood and energy is, and if you're running into any problems or snags. Later, as you get more acclimated to the program, you'll hear from me at least once a week via text and you can always text me with questions or thoughts for 45 days after purchase of the program and coaching package.
